Treatment and Outcome

Treatments
Day 1263

Notes:  Molly had been doing relatively well until Sept., owners d/c TCM herbs while on vacay-XYS & XHLD, and when back, she got progressively worse, unable to do stairs which has never happened, back legs are just very weak, unstable, falls over, trembling. I restarted XHLD to no effect. No signif. swelling, neuro dysfunction or pain on spinal palpation. Dx: erosive IMPA, OA, L MLP, palmigrade/plantigrade, subluxation R carpus. Owners wanted meds, have tried LDN, gabapentin, adequan, temp. incr. prednisolone, also CBD, chiropractic, & laser - nothing helpful. In November, I put her on what I think is Voltrex (XCHT + Bai Shao, Gui Zhi, Qin Jiao). She is getting less mobile and not eating well, refuses anything with the TCM herbs in it so owner is trying to find ways to incorporate those into her daily diet but finding it difficult.

Diet is largely raw
