Notes:  Mobility has improved significantly. Dog able to go up and down stairs on his own. Has had good appetite, no V/D. Had 2 episodes however of waking from a deep sleep convulsively swallowing. Stopped when owner removed his collar and he moved around. LN's normal on palpation.Gastric reflux? Scheduled to recheck bloodwork later in the week. Dog currently on low dose XCHT.
